Deaf Awareness

At BSL Explore, we deliver bespoke, high-quality Deaf awareness training tailored to your organisation’s needs. We offer both full-day and half-day training sessions anywhere in the UK.

Our sessions cover a wide range of Deaf awareness topics and can be customised to suit your workplace or establishment. Training also includes learning some basic BSL signs, helping participants gain practical communication skills as well as a greater understanding of Deaf culture and accessibility.

Our sessions are always engaging, interactive, and enjoyable. They are delivered by Alison, a native BSL user with over 30 years of teaching experience. Alison creates a welcoming and supportive environment where participants feel comfortable asking questions and building their confidence in communicating with Deaf people.
